Agile Fundamentals (ICAgile)

The Agile Fundamentals course introduces participants to agile concepts like value-driven development, cross-functional teams, continuous improvement, and including customers in the development process. The course is intended for professionals with no previous experience in agile, preparing them for ICAgile’s more advanced product and technical certifications.

Participants who complete the course will feel more confident in their understanding of agile principles and prepared to apply new agile skills and methodologies in their daily work.
